In the set

  • Euphoria Blend, 30g: Blue Lotus and Blue Butterfly Pea loose leaf. It turns a deep sapphire blue as it steeps. About a month of daily cups.
  • Gold fine mesh strainer: two handles that rest across your cup, and an engraved lid to set it on.

Your ritual

  1. Put 1 heaped tablespoon of the blend into the strainer and rest it across your cup.
  2. Pour over water at about 80°C.
  3. Cover and steep for 3 to 5 minutes, then lift the strainer onto its lid.
  4. Add a little honey if you like, and take a moment before the first sip.
