A morning and evening ritual set. Two botanical tinctures to bookend your day: Mane as you begin, Nocte as you wind down. Each set includes 2 × 50ml tinctures in a luxury slide-out box, made to live on your bedside, altar or desk.

Mane, for the morning

A botanical tincture for the start of your day: Blue Lotus with Lion's Mane and Yerba Mate, lightly sweetened with agave. Make it part of your morning ritual, before journaling, work or a walk.

Ingredients: Blue Lotus (Nymphaea caerulea), Lion's Mane, Yerba Mate, Agave.

How to enjoy: 1 to 2 dropperfuls in the morning or early afternoon, on its own or in a little water.

Nocte, for the evening

A botanical tincture for the end of your day: Blue Lotus with Californian Poppy and Ashwagandha, lightly sweetened with agave. Make it part of your evening ritual, with journaling, breathwork or a slow cup of tea.

Ingredients: Blue Lotus (Nymphaea caerulea), Californian Poppy, Ashwagandha, Agave.

How to enjoy: 1 to 2 dropperfuls 30 to 60 minutes before bed, on its own or in warm (not hot) water.
